I'm sure this has been raised before, a thousand times at least.. Anyways, this random Uni guy came into my school to talk to us about dealing with stress but it was no help!! It was all this stuff I already know about..
They talked about time management (which I /try/ to do), about not procrastinating (I try not to procrastinate.. I /promise/) and then they gave us dodgy de-stress tactics. Im feeling the stress build up right now and I was wondering what methods have worked or do work for people. And I swear if someone says laughter is the best medicine I'll scream D:
