i wonder if its worth rereading after u find out who the controller is,
it didn;t even oocur to me that it would hav been her/him

Good for you. Have a cookie :)

Seriously why don't you guys just start 1 single thread for Dan Brown. If the Harry Potter people can live with just 1 thread, you guys should be able to deal with just 1 for Brown.

i don't think it was anything like Matthew Reillys style! the plot was quite close to M.Rs Ice Station but i dont think their writing styles are anything alike.
i loved both books though... except that DP wasnt as good as Dan Browns other books

Deception Point was not as good as I thought it would be - my expectations soared after reading Angels and Demons.
I guessed the controller in Deception Point - it was a bit of a giveaway after the FDR blow up.

Rep for you. You, walrus bear, Diana and I should form some sort of alliance against the presence of Dan Brown on BOS. :p

Deception point is quite a good book though it gets boring after a while. I liked Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons more

haha i reckon even DIgital Fortress is better than Deception POint. Deception point was more action packed, but it got boring with too much of it. DIgital Fortress had with heaps of unexpected turns. it was pretty obvious who was the big baddy in Deception point. Dan Brown always makes the most unexpected one the person, and thats how I could guess who did it in Deception point, but not in Digital Fortress

Dan Brown books are like Harry Potter; entertaining and a good story, but the writing is abysmal.

Dan Brown's writing is even more abysmal than Rowling's IMO.
