Do we need to know all the equations for them? i.e. the full formulae ones, and then the anodic/cathodic ones?

In the syllabus, its says 'describe,' so im hoping they wont ask for equations.

I hope they don't ask anything about this. I'm not prepared for these questions.

They shouldn't ask for equations directly - when they ask to describe the each process; what you add should be dependent on marks.

Marker's comment 2004: "Better responses used equations....."

well, ur lost, if u dont rite them, look at the markers guidelines every year, they say to WRITE eqns to back up ur answer. That is wat chem is about, eqns. U dont have to trust me, but if i were u to be on the safe side rite an eqn whenever u can.
