Hopefully it is! Cause I went onto estudent and the 'enrol in units' tab didnt allow me to enrol somehow :L And Idk how I got the 7th of feb...It just gave it to me :LI believe the people enrolling in their units online are continuing students, thus they are likely to enrol in 200 level units. First years enrol in 100 level units so I guess you're not at a loss.
P.S How did you manage to get such an early time for on-campus enrolment, I did mine pretty much straight away and got the 17th Feb (pretty late!)
This is not my first year at uni but it is my first year at Macquarie. I thought the enrolment day was where the advisors actually teach you how to enrol in units?Hopefully it is! Cause I went onto estudent and the 'enrol in units' tab didnt allow me to enrol somehow :L And Idk how I got the 7th of feb...It just gave it to me :L
P.s (assuming you are at least 2nd year), I'm confused as to why you have to enrol ONLINE and go to an ENROLMENT DAY on campus? :S
What do you mean by: "they should open up some tutorial when old ones fill up"? I actually already arranged my timetable ONLY getting 100 level units (foundation units for commerce degree). But considering I am a first year, and and all first years go through the same process, why would tutorial classes be filled up at this time?Yes continuing students are enrolling online. The newbies have to do so on campus.
They should open up some tutorial classes on the day when the old ones fill up.
What is the difference of the enrolling on the 17th of feb (in your case) and enrolling on the computer? When I was mentoring we still had classes fill up, especially for the people enrolling at later dates. For example I have to enrol on the 17th (recently transferred via UAC) even though I'm studying finance. So basically a bunch of other students have a ten day head start, which sometimes results in classes still filling up. Comes down to luck I guess.
So if you can enrol now... why do you have to wait for the 17th?Enrolment via computer is open today, which means there is a better chance to get the classes you want. The later you leave it, the harder it gets. That's why you get people staying up till 4am trying to get onto e-student (especially those with outside commitments).
