Difference between a B International Studies and B Arts in International Studies (1 Viewer)

I'm not sure I quite understand the difference between these two? btw the listed course is merely an example. I see lots of similar course with B Arts majoring in *insert course* at much lower ATAR cutoff than the other course. What's the catch?
