i do Chem 1C and the other day we had a quiz during our lab. it said quiz for Chem 1C and 1A. so is there a difference?

chem 1a and 1c study the exact same areas of chemistry, the only difference is different lecturers for some topics, and the order in which the lectures are given...

There is no real difference - it was just to fit more people in, so there may be some different time slots for the lectures etc, but the content is the same.
