can someone please tell me where you can get the disadvantage form where you can earn 5 to 7 % of UNI if u apply with required reasons

such as second language and etc

can u plz tell me were 2 get it because in my school dey dont have it so yea

yep the late closing date is 30th November and even after that you can apply directly to certain unis, but there's no guarantee it can be considered in time for Main Round offers.
