not fun
ok are we meant to be tracing one channel structure of a business? or its different channels segmented according to service output demands? so if they sell direct AND through intermediaries do we cover both channels as part of an overall channel structure? Or do we just do one of them? Any help would be massively appreciated!

that's the one
thank-you for your help
this assignment is causing me an inordinate amount of confusion. then again so do most things. i tried to contact the lect but since he's some guest random we can't get a hold of him.
what's also confusing is the distinction between end-user and value added reseller in a commercial context. if a wholeseller sells spices to a restaurant, are they a commercial end user? or if they use them in cooking, are they a value added reseller? since the spice is such a minor element of their product, i'm very confused on that point. does anyone know?
