I screwed up my chemistry trials....(I got 67/100, average: 55/100)

My overall ranking is around 20 with a total of 60 students.

School rank: around 100 in nsw

Do I still have a chance of getting band 6?

how much should I at least score in my hsc to get band 6?

yeah you will have to smash hsc.
I got about 86 for chemistry and 84 for physics, which is band 5 not 6.
so you need to do better than that.
mind you this is with a bit of alignment
for physics my hsc exam for physics was 80% and my assessment was 88%, I was rank ~27-29.
for chemistry, my hsc and assessment mark are both 86%, I was rank 39 or something, cannot remember.

moderation will help you
just don't bomb out in HSC, aim to do as well as you can, and be satisfied knowing you did the best you did.
