out of syllabus rite?

the only thing we need to know how to apply with circular motion is Fc=mv^2/r rite?

I dont have a formula sheet on me but check that, if its on there it is probably better to know.

There are a few formula's that you need to nkow that aren't on the formula sheet.

The aforementioned formulae are almost certainly assumed knowledge. It is also conceivable that you could be asked to equate things to derive new formulae, for instance orbital velocity v = sqrt[GM/r].

Just check your syllabus...
They can't test you on something thats not in there.
But don't worry about that.
Come Trial time you will know which formulas are required of you.

Yes, at the moment don't worry about knowing the formul. This is when you should be worrying about the concepts. :)

lol, yes that is well and truly out of the syllabus. that is from circular motion, 4u. ryan, you'll come across them in mechanics later in the year ;)

its good to know, makes understanding alot easier and covers a few spaces in the syllabus, thus connecting several information (such as transforming and apllying some of the required equations). you also need it in 4U maths
