PRACTICE past section 1 papers or get unseen material of your teacher or elsewhere and get them to mark it, just keep PRACTICING.
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!!!!!!!!! Do it for yourself.

plus get into the mentality of recognising techniques and what these techniques say about journeys or about anything related.

I know that sounds obvious but I got a last minute call before my english exam from a person desperatley asking me what intertextuality and personification means.

you might not know some, and best to remind yourself about the ones you do know.

Just use the same technique for all of them. I always use some thing called juxtapositon coz it sounds smart. No idea wat it iz! But i got one mark 4 it in our last test so it works

Try looking at the txt type and apply your knowlege of that txt type to the question being asked
