What does the yr12 hospo have in it??? Our school has made us go to the local tafe 4 weeks ago because of teacher-finding troubles (have they tried the gutter yet?).
So at the moment we are doing our cooking of sandwichs and salads to get them over and done with. We are just wondering with communications skills apart of the yr12 syllabus?

ive got a copy of the syllabus if ya want to borrow it off me although you should have it but i dunno if u do we got it with that replacement teacher at the start of the year and i only found it recently i can put it as an attachment in an email to ya if ya want??????

The year 12 part of hospitality is not really any diff to year 11, u just elaborate on shit like methods of cookery, eg... not hard at all.. good luck
