I have 100+ albums all of which I downloaded.

I do however support the band as I buy their DVDs and shirts. But I just think an album costs too much.

I just remember an acticle from news internationalist, that stated downloading MP3's wasnt affecting the music industry as they claimed when they raised prices.

I can recall a Hack story from earlier in the year that noted that despite the widespread nature of the file-sharing process, cd sales were greater than ever... In Australia, that is. Besides, we should all remember that not every music download is illegal, and it seems as though a number of production companies and artists are interested in the idea of promotional downloads (i.e., a week and then the file is useless and the like).

But band shirts and DVDs tend to cost more than albums :confused:
