hey i'm in the process of choosing my subjects for year 11 and 12
so far i have advanced maths, advanced english, visual arts and legal studies
i also have 1 unit each of photography and visual design which i'll drop at the end of year 11

just wondering whether i should do drama or modern history?
i've heard modern history is alot of work and essays and for drama im worried that i wont be creative enough for the individual project in year 12.

maybe if your someone whose done both subjects could give me advice?

Um well i don't do history or drama, so i cnt really tell u wat to expect. All i can tell u, is do whatvr u think is right and more suitable for u .There two totally different subjects.
how about u drop history/drama at the end and keep photography and visual design if ur good at them.

yeah i'd like to do that but photography and visual design are those "board endorsed courses" and i've spoken to teachers about it and they only run for year 11

But hey babe, its ur decision at the end of the day, u do watvr u think its rite, i hope u make the rite decision

In my opinion, gotta say it is inevitably your choice.

Modern History is an interesting subject and good for those who can write essays well, remember dates etc etc.

Drama is a subject for those who want more than a theoretical study in a subject, someone who can transform themselves into a character and loves performing infront of anyone. Apparently the theoretical side of drama can be pretty hectic.

Just what i've heard; but i studied history and loved every minute of it.
