Hi all,

I have a job interview at a tutoring company this coming Friday. In the email they sent me with information regarding the interview it says

"The dress code is not formal, however you are required to dress in a manner suitable for conducting a lesson with a hypothetical student."

I take this to mean smart casual, however, i've never been a tutor nor have i been tutored before so i don't really know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, smart casual would be sufficient. To be on the safe side, a collar shirt and jeans should be fine. No flip-flops lol

Once you get the job however, you should be able to get by wearing a (not flashy) T-shirt and shorts, if you like.
