It's guaranteed entry, rather than reduction of the ATAR cut-off. Check the
Future Leaders Scheme at that link to check the requirements. If you didn't make the 30 September cut-off date, the university will let you know what degrees are available to you under the scheme at... some point (I cbf reading too closely, because this was found with a simple Google search—you're a lazy dux, eh?).
