EAS - Registered health professional - Physio? (1 Viewer)

I'm currently filling out an EAS form because of a car-bike accident I was in earlier this year that resulted in a broken wrist (it was my dominant wrist). For the medical impact statement, the instructions say that the "statement must be completed by a registered health professional who is treating the medical condition". I've only seen my GP a handful of times throughout the whole ordeal but I have been regularly visiting a physiotherapist and I was wondering if they are considered a 'registered health professional' and if they would be able to fill out this section?
