Can someone please post Tigs notes on mathematics of finance, the notes he 'accidentally' left out - I need the notes in between the example that comes up with an answer of $3,779.23 and the notes that begin "A rental firm estimates that..."

These were the maths of finance notes he ever posted on blackboard...

There was also an excel document named "Amrot_Table" which i cant seem to post up.
