eeeeeeeeeeeebay password stealer??? (2 Viewers)

i recently started getting this pop-up box requesting my username and password when i go to the ebay homepage.
this only started happening recently, and it happens even though i'm logged in.
does this mean there's some proggy on my computer trying to get my passwords?
p.s. i am using firefox.

i had a similar thing this morning on Internet Explorer for Ebay,

but, i ignored it for a moment and it disappeared, like in a fraction of a second. I think it was the same thing, asking for username and password.

Try getting the ebay toolbar ... it tells you when shit is trying to impersonate ebay ...

The official ebay ppl say that you should never give out details and if you are then type in www.ebay.com.au then go to the sitemap and go from there ... never from weirdo links or popups like this.
