Hi. How do you evaluate the effectiveness of the law?

Do you just elaborate on the content in the textbook under the heading 'Effectiveness of Consumer law'? (using Consumers as an example)

Or do you synthesise everything in the Consumers topic using the criteria to structure your evaluation?

Or...?

follow the syllabus points under "effectiveness"
ie resource effiency, equality etc

and if tis in relation to the topic consumer law then choose several broad issues in consumers to discuss the effecitvness. the question is very broad so it leaves you scope to choose the issues u want to talk about. but dont try to cover everything int eh topic as it'll = too limited detail in each area. pick them
