as stated in the question above, what do you have to have to be able to obtain HELP otherwise known as the $50 000 grant that the government gives you to study?

fee paying student: You must be a domestic student studying in a non-Commonwealth supported place.

fee paying student: You must be an Australian citisen studying in a full fee place. 'Commonwealth supported place' is merely an arsey way of updating the HECS label, really.
