Can i do both degrees at the same time? I have 3 subjects left at MQ and a whole degree waiting for me at UTS. Do you think I can do both or is there a requirement or something that you can be only enrolled at one uni?

Yes, generally there are regulations that state you cannot be enrolled at another tertiary institution without formal approval.

If you really want to do it, you'll need to talk to the registrar's offices at both unis to obtain approval.
