i just got my half-yrly report , i got
maths extension 1 1/17(ranking) ban6
maths extension 2 1/10 ban6
esl 2/17 ban 4
physics 5/10 ban4
chinese background speaker 2/14 ban5
our school is about ranking 100
so what i could get in hsc？

how come your school is about 100 and no one does physics and 3maths onnly 10 its like wtf.... my school was top 100 and both of em were like 60 80 poeple....wow 88-94uai btw

because my school also had around 100 people with about 10 physics students because they dont see how easy physics is

Pick up general maths and mid to high 80's is possible

at the moment I think you are looking at low 80's, so yeah, 80+ is deff possible

Yeah big time, it would get rid of 1 unit of general maths, so 80's shouldn't be a problem if your marks exist as they are here!

Just go heaps hard, and ur looking at mid 80's

dude I hope you're joking.

If not - your director of studies or whatever has done an absolutely hideous job.

rank means EVERYTHING. Having a strong rank means that the people who perform best in the exam give their marks to you, essentially.

Trust me, if they are really your ranks, and general maths is the only thing you aren't good at, you can easily expect 95
