Okay, so internally, i worked out my mark to be 50%. I did this by multiplying each assessment mark with its respective weighting, and adding them all up.

Now, for the external exam I'm pretty sure I'll get about 60%.

Also, my school is ranked 50th and is a very strong school in maths.

What band/mark would I be expecting?

5? I don't know. Guessing in the 80's. You'll be surprised at how the board of studies align marks upwards.

hey
your actual internal assesment mark doesnt make a difference mate - whether its 100% or 20%, its all do with rank. So tell me rank and how many students do maths and yeh youll probably get a better idea...

i reckon i got about 76/120 (63%) raw im ranked 4th out of 17 though and im pretty sure the 4th highest mark (which will be used as my assessment) will probably be around 85/120 (71%). So if i average them ill get a raw mark of about 67% - what would that scale to? Low 70s? Any chance of 75%?

Being around average in Maths at Sefton High (presumably, that's where you go. Ranked 50th), will get you around a low Band 6. So I'm guessing, you'll get around a High Band 4 or low Band 5. :)
