Exercise is a small part of the equation

if you mean acceptable health: walking to school and back'll cover you

if you mean optimum health: 1+ hours a day

diet is important also

30 mins of moderate-intense exercise a day
as long as you get sweaty it should be all good

For health, diet is Number 1 (eg; Abs are made in the kitchen). For getting stronger, looking good, blah blah blah... work out for an hour a day, although this depends on your goals.

Go to UNSW and do engineering and pick your timetable so that your classes are across campus from each other.

I guarantee that you will walk everyday about 5km without a doubt that way.

Haha how good is it that I can just race through while everyone else lags behind (note I'm fit).

Like I haven't taken the basser steps in maybe 5 weeks, but I used to run up them like nothing (I do worse steps at a train station where the running up is voluntary because there is an escalator).
