Was just wondering...how is the exam centred layed out?
Is it in some time of order like alphabetical or such?

it depends. If you are getting personalised booklets for your subject (list is here - http://news.boardofstudies.nsw.edu....aterials-in-a-number-of-2014-HSC-examinations), then yes it will be in alphabetical order by last name. if not, then I think you can sit anywhere...
