underground 2 is a preetty good game.
Its okay, gets repetitive after a while, sometimes you just play the game hours at a time just to see the next cut scene. The shit thing is that they removed the liberty to change the camera angle around your car when its in the 'showcase' mode.

Alot of new features, but it really never took full advantage of them.

A bit more realistic - you can start tune your car, set callibrations to your suspensions, turbo, engine etc... Cars do go up to 350+ km/hr anymore, acceleration is slower and more accurately reflecting real life cars - NFSU, mx5 can beat a skyline (if your good enough), NFSU II - mx5 will get creamed after 30 seconds.

Freedom around the city - massive city to drive around in, there are cars randomly driving around to challange, there is no fixed race course in this mode, the city is basically it. Instead of choosing races from the menu, you have to drive through the city to get to them. There are secret races paying big $$. You also don't access to all the upgrades in one menu. There are shops dotted around the city to unlock and discover, each specialises in special parts - performance - engine, suspension, you get the idea, body - body kits, spoilers etc..., specials - sound systems, HUDs, tints, NOS colour, hydraulics etc...

Music - same style - hard rock/metal, r&b mostly.

New cars - why the hell did they remove Honda s2k?, well they got these large SUVs in though, fun to race with friends with these bulky Hummers

That's off the top of my head, sorry for hijacking the thread.

Full review for PS2.

damn uni lied to me....:( and I thought that the 15th was long enough to wait...they aren't giving us much time to digest marks before the spring semester starts. Thanks for the link klh...helpful but depressing...*sighs*

see that's what I was wondering, I think it would be better if we knew what we got prior to registration just in case some people do fail. There really isn't enough time to organise it that way though and it's highly unlikely you will fail so I wouldn't worry about it. If people do fail they have awhile to sort things out, and they would simply have to drop something and pick up whatever subject they needed to...the only drawback would be crap tutorial times due to the lack of spaces etc...but I'm sure you won't fail Jen, so you don't have to stress about it :)

shrugs..
i agree Jacks but like natstar has mentioned in the other, and we all know by now i hope, that we can change units at the start....just extra stress/pain/mumbling&grumbling/crap times etc. and dealing with the start of sem lines are gonna be a headache. Ive never done mine at parra yet or at peak times (did my stuff at penrith..).
Happy Birthday Jennifer! hope the marks you get will be a good present.

Oh yeah theone123, im da man! lol

Jacks...didnt mean to burst your bubble, id like them early too...

Hsc marks....they really burst my bubble at my chances at uni...and yes more agonising the wait was.

too bad i wont be able to check my resutls on the day...im going somewhere at 4.30am and get pack at 10.30pm on that day. itll eat away for the rest of the day...sigh

I won't be able to check mine until the library opens, cause my internet won't load pweb, stupid technology! And the library doesn't open until like 10:30am. Which I won't be awake anyway

I'm already bored and sick of waiting for my results! I wanna go back to uni :(
