I'm not entirely sure. I think they're more to show us how to modify showers.
OT's do a LOT of shower assessments in hospitals, but I can't imagine any of us stripping off and having a shower so the others can learn how to do the Ax, lol

lol.. i had one of my work kids in his shower chair once, and by the time i got him in there, all i wanted to do was get him clean and out again..and i forgot to put the gumboots on... so the bottom of my jeans got totally soaked...
