i'm actually so paranoid about the 3 prescribed/2 related scenario. If this happens, and I defy the question with absolutely BANGIN 25/25 2 prescribed 1 related paragraphs - how many marks could I possibly lose?

ngl if they ask 3 prescribed it'll only be 1 related surely or just 2 prescribed 2 related, but if you wrote a really good response missing one of the texts criteria i doubt you could get over a 20 max, since you've not abided by the question, but since in ext you have an hour for the critical response, I'm sure you can write a good 10 pages on your 2 prescribed 1 related and bs a small para for some other text you know not much about so you can access the higher marks yk

im manifesting now, the question will be so amazing we're guaranteed e4s, it will only be 2 prescribed texts, 1 related, a 25 marker imaginative with the best stimulus ever, or a split with the easiest questions that are so doable and we'll all get 99.95 atars and get into the unis we want

well u def couldn't get top band, because you would be missing one of the main criteria in the marking guidelines

worst case scenario js make up quotes for any text you know, i dont think they'd notice

when you speak about other texts are you quoting anything? like when you walk in for question 1 do you have quotes for the theories and texts?

Maybe a bit... but not very much. Just stuff about what defamiliarisation is, and frame narratives, and modernism, and examples of these in some texts
