could anyone plz help me to snswer the question that combine employment relations and global business?

the questions are:
1. Discuss the key influences on the employment relations business function.
2. Analysis the strategies a global business may use to effectively manage employment relations in a global environment.

OMG! I have the exact same question, and I'm stuck as well!
I think that the key influences are:
stakeholders and their wants
economic cycle
legal side of things

For the strategies, I have no clue. I was thinking maybe something along the lines of polycentric, ethnocentric and geocentric, but I don't know if I should also talk about the organisational structure and management structure of the business. I don't know how those would be used as stategies though.
