I know this does not belong here and should be in the English discussion but I thought nobody would read it there and this is pretty urgent. I'm writing my reflection statement on my crime story and I have no idea how to structure it, what else I should put in the statement etc. Can anybody help me or send an outline of a good reflection statement structure? I'm finding it really hard to comment on my own work. thanks

I'm doing genre study and we haven't done a reflection statement, so I'm not sure what you need to include.

How long have you had to do this? Did you research much? Try talking about influences, key ideas, the framework and any research.

I've been writing the story all holidays so I haven't left much time for the reflection statement, due Thursday. Thanks for the suggestions, I didn't actually do much researching in my creative writing. It was all pretty much just my imagination with small influences from Sin City.....
