not what i think as i dont really think too much about it but what i see which is partners bringing out the KY jelly for the senior managers in front of me, and the manager doing it to the graduate accountant.

maybe its all an act and you know everyone is hugging after i leave the room.

Not necessarily. I've met my fair share of both across the board.

In my experience, English based people are more often found in Marketing and Numbers based people more often in Accounting. Which makes sense as people are more likely to enter fields that match their skills. But this doesn't necessarily correspond to intro/extroversion
