they just get less workload off the hsc year
i would want to do that ... but my school doesnt offer that
dunno about the "less workload" bit...
...e.g. if i repeat ext 1 + take on ext 2, my workload will actually increase.

if ur good enough to get rid of it altogether in yr11, then the workload decreases...but it's still a lot of work in yr11.

i dont follow professional tutors as with other pple.
i learn all my maths under a mentor/ friend who are just ex-student. the services are free.

I haven't read this thread, but if you dont understand the concepts there's no point in labouring over the textbooks for ages- get a tutor, it';ll make things easier for you.

and its that advantage that makes me awfully jealous.

hmm ive just thought of something. if you wanted the highest possbile uai...wouldnt you go and sabotage your peers, particularly the smartest, 'invincible' students. eg. poison them before the exam, bash them before the exam, burn their books..... poke their eyes out, etc lol

im not specifically suggesting this to anyone...but there just some ple in my skool who get on my nerves.

Doing that to people who beat your assessment mark is sheer stupidity.
If they beat you internally, and you beat them externally because of poisoning them, you disadvantage yourself. :p

We sure do... hehe ;) But hey, if your willing to double up on the workload one year, you should be entitled to any advantages you may have on other students later on. Its a small investment for a big return :D
