Hey,
I have a legal assessment:
"Evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in responding to changing community values in terms of achieveing justice for family members and consumers"
Extended response of 1500 words.
What are two focuses that I could do for consumers? is E commerce gud?
For family is same sex couples, de facto or IVF and artficial insemination gud?
Any suggestions, info or resources would help alot.

thats very strange that you have an assessment on family AND consumers in the same thing

in the HSC u will hav 2 write 2 separate essays.
im not sure about consumers as iv just started it

for family, yeah youve got the right idea
same sex couples, de facto, IVF artficial insemination- go under birth technologies
community

refer to law reform
effectiveness of the law for society

don't do family but family, sounds like a good area to focus on e-commerce for consumers...um...maybe also contracts and how they have been reformed to suit society's expectations? dunno, up to you but i'd focus on the issues in the textbook more and then do a little bit of additional reading because it can't stray far from the syllabus...
