Metallica - Kill 'Em All. Wouldn't have cared if they'd stopped at their first album. Definately their peak.

Im going to have to say i only like 4 songs of that album, kill em all is basicalyl the worst metallica album

wrong. :p i love it. followed by black album... the rest of their efforts are fairly ordinary.

I'm not in the position to judge yet. haven't listened to ride the lightning enough to know it well. i'm just more familiar with the black album at the moment -_-

AJFA is overall a better album then ride the lightning, but individually i prefer some of the songs off ride the lightning. Load and reload had their moments, and death magnetic is awesome.
