Well, i don't think i've read any of them, but I agree, all of them sucked. They are just a cheap imitation of David Gemmell's books. Except less violent, less sex, less people dying.

yeah i am a bit obsessed myself.
-Order of the Phoenix in 14 hours. Then i read it again ( a bit more slowly!)
-The first 4 in 5 days
-I've read all of them except Order of the Phoenix 3 times
-plus a zillion times when i have 'just' read the quidditch world cup or some other bit!

I like Order of the Phoenix best, and Prisoner of Azkaban second. You get most of the storyline from these two books.

Worst is probably Philosopher' Stone, but then again it's only the first book of the series...

really? you didn't like philosopher's stone? i dunno, i loved that one... it started it all, it's a classic :D

but i kinda get what you mean - it seems like nothing compared to GoF and OoTP... it's kinda more like an introductory book? o_O

Yes, I was thinking along the lines of that. I'm one of the few people in my year that actually read HP, all the other year 12s seem to think I'm some kind of loser. Ignorant fools...

I like all of them , but Order was a bit dodgy - very slow moving and with many tantrums. I clicked Azkaban myself.

Cho had a case of school year long pms, I think.

Or Rowling decided that it was time for her to 'grow up' and become the stereotypical socialite, yet as she wasn't a 'major' character we had no indication of how that change happened (or even if Cho changed, as maybe she was always like that?).

I dont like Cho at all :( Disappointing that the only Asian chick in the series is bitchy... Rowling should add some nice Griffindor Asians
