Are you serious? Lilya-4-Ever?? I've never experienced a more desolate, depressing, hopeless film in my life. I couldn't believe how bad I felt after seeing that film. Wow.mollycoddle said:In no particular order ( except for LOTR ):
Lord of the Rings 1,2,3
The English Patient
American Beauty
The Lives of Others
Pan's Labyrinth
Run Lola Run
The Prestige
Hidden
Braveheart
Little Women
Lilya-4-Ever
I'm a sucker for foreign films, historical epic romances and films with tragic endings.
EDIT: I forgot Kill Bill 1,2 and Shawshank Redemption!
And The Naked Gun - just for laughs.
EDITx2: Ah! I forgot all my favorite old movies, Laura, North by Northwest, Some Like it Hot, Rear Window, The Birds, Double Indemnity...
It was horribly depressing and made me cry for a week, but that just shows what an amazing movie it was. To have been able to move me (and obviously you) to such an extent requires skill. It was so powerful and made me aware that that kind of stuff was out there. It made me want to do something about it.GET FREE said:Are you serious? Lilya-4-Ever??
