yep.. Serie B

he only scored 2 goals in 16 games (both in the Inter match) and so Milan ditched him after the first season..

but in CM 01/02 he's pretty awesome

you can probably find a few apertura (Argentine) games on ESPN and maybe, a brasileiro game (probably involving SP, Santos or Cruzeiro)..

and the other cable channels too but im not sure, i dont have cable either..

i can only follow south america via the internet really, which is hard unless you can understand spanish/portuguese...

oh, and of course, those really useful 2 second segments they have on the English.. i mean "the World Game" on sbs...

ahaha

thats an idea..

but if i were to really want to watch a soccer game live..

i would either pick old trafford(cos i am a die hard man utd fan)

san siro(probably the derby -____-;;)

and nou camp(cos i like barcelona and apperntly its the biggest in the world?)

i might get rolled or killed in buenos aires ;)

nou camp has 108,000 seats, but in the old days you could cram 170,000 + crazy rioting brasileiros into the Maracaa

Buenos isn't as dangerous as many south.a. cities, in fact much safer than places like Bogota, Lima, Santiago, La Paz, Asncion, So Paulo + Rio.

And the atmosphere at the Bombonera is said to be one of the most intense and passionate, if not the most, in the footballin' world.

i guess that would be the only part of Buenos that would be considered dangerous, especially if your wearin' a River jersey ;)

and yea, i must agree, the south american esp in buenos air is one of the most passionate i've ever seen...

the only downside for argentine league is the economy :(

yeah.. but theres alot of sponsorship from outside sources - eg. Pepsi & Budweiser who sponsor Boca & River respectively and plow millions of dollars into the clubs.

and all the talent they are selling... they must have received at least $50 million from the sales of Saviola, Aimar, Ortega and Riquelme alone (both clubs) and with players like Tevez & Cavenaghi, they're gonna continue to make big money by sellin' their talent to europe.

but other clubs like Estudantes, Racing, Velez etc... they dont have the exposure of the big 2 and are indeed struggling. You could liken it to the scottish league, Celtic=River & Rangers=Boca..
