If we get asked to write a feature article, do we write it in first person?

I would usually write a feature article in 3rd person. Depends on the specifics of the question

Hmm it depends. Though a 3rd person perspective is suggested, for feature articles are supposed to be mainly objective, though a hint of subjectivity can be seen through the composer.
