I have no idea what I'm really going to realistically achieve..

I do:
CAFS at rank 4ish with an average mark of 87
Standard English with rank 4 with an average mark of 93
Economics at rank 6/18 with an average mark of 81
Ancient History at rank 10/42 with an average mark of 86
and then Business studies with rank 9 with an average 88

But these are all estimates and at the moment I'm feeling so lost.
I have no idea or motivation at the moment. I feel terrible.

mid 80s at the moment.

Well that's better then nothing.
But today I got my worst mark of all year, 60% in Ancient. It was only worth 15%
But does that mean I'll never get in the 80's now?

Don't feel lost. Those marks and ranks look fantastic. And getting a low mark in an assessment doesn't mean low assessment mark overall because raw marks should not be determining the final mark from the BOS.

But don't focus on that.

Think about what you want to do at Uni or after. What is the mark needed for that? if you don't think you will achieve it, also don't worry. There are many ways to achieve what you want to do, if you really want to do it. It may take a little extra time but if that is what you REALLY want, that shouldn't make a difference.

Enjoy your HSC and take comfort knowing that your marks are actually very good and you are doing just fine.
