Wow.. I've never seen that.. All I have seen the security guards do is make sure everyone swipes their student card when they enter.. that is all =\ Me too... the security guards would at least tell them to keep quiet. even if students do continue speaking loudly then the guard would issue a 2nd warning. anything above that, the guard would throw them out....
