Hi all,

Has anyone done M&A before? What are your thoughts about it? I heard it's useful but difficult.

What if I haven't done finc3015 (Corporation valuation)?

from what ive heard, very difficult

also heard big chunks of vals is kind of 'assumed knowledge' or at least extremely important/integral

im not doing either, they both sound uninteresting to me and very hard
