There will be a sort of "try-out" session and you will be selected if you are what they are looking for (prob based on personality, working-skills and also depending on how many from your course are trying out).

Hmm.. I applied weeks ago and yesterday Itch called me to schedule an interview. What would I be expecting, further questions on my application or this "try-out" session you talk about?
