Orientation was quite crucial. At orientation you recieve the "first year pack"- contains all your subject outlines, which in turns outlines week 1's readings etc and of course your 'pod' allocation sheet. And yes, Law always has seminars beginning week 1. I suggest you go into the faculty first thing Monday or otherwise you will be missing classes.
Thanks for that. I found out what group I'm in via SOLS. Where would I go to get the first year info pack or whatever? Should I go see the law faculty or will it be given to me when i start seminars next week.
Go to the faculty office and ask for one, have a good excuse why you weren't at orientation, the office ladies will most certainly judge you, but probably won't embarrass you too much if you make up some lame excuse as to why you didn't attend.
