Hi guys from senior years in law,

help =). I would realy appreciate any help at all on foundations of law extended case note. It would be realy realy great if you guys could post up your past year asignments because i realy dont have much of an idea what they are looking for to get a top notch mark. I've got some of my friend's works, and in my opinion they are realy good, but then they didn't acheive realy good marks. =S

WHAT!?!??! you are ALLOWED to share ur assignments? I thought that was prohibited.

no one is going to post up their works. it is not prohibited, but most people are unwilling to share.

rdreamz: every case is different. therefore every person's response to every case will be different. if you learn nothing from foundations, at least remember this: there is no absolute right and wrong answers in law; there are only stronger or weaker arguments.
