hey guys, i have this assessment for pdhpe and i have to:
Use the fitt principle to design an aerobic training program for a 40 yr old female with no previous training history.( for a 3 week period) Give a brief explanation of each criteria in the fitt principle and how you applied it to your training program.
Im really confused like should my
-frequency be 3-5 times a week
-intensity i just find their MHR and all that calculations
-time - should it be between 20-60minutes
-type- jogging, swimming, cycling, walking etc
Am i on the right track?
