hey,

im doing a food manufacture assignment and am a little stuck with this question:

'Describe the processing technologies, equipment and other practices that would be used in the production of orange juice'

I can only seen to find small amounts of info on the technologies and equipment-any suggestions would be great!! Thanks.

ahhhhhhhhh ours is due in 2 weeks and we have to make a preserve and then also make the labelling for the jar.. sounds easy but its not
