When a person is undergoing uniform vertical circular motion, how would we calculate their normal force when they are at the TOP of the loop? Additionally, how is Fc, mg, and Fnormal all related?

At the top of the loop, there are two forces acting on the object:

The required centripetal force also points downward. Therefore

Note that we must have , otherwise the object is moving too slowly to actually reach the top.
