Well, it all depends on your TOTAL (considering BOTH sections) mark in the end.
If your English mark is great enough to pull up your total mark to a good total mark then sure, why not.
If your Maths mark drags you down to a weak total mark then your chances aren't too favourable.
Not sure if English can be a ''carry'' in this situation.

You'll find out soon enough.
Those that get accepted usually get a call very early.
But don't despair there's 2nd round interviews which occur much later for rejected positions.
I thought I totally failed english, but hey, I didn't.
And sounding a little pessimistic, I don't think Fort St maths isn't too hard... so... :/
