It's Hsein Ko from "Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo" -- the 1996 arcade game (also on PC, PSX, etc).

She is the best puzzle fighter out there (the character), after Morrigan

Like Huy said, Hsienko from Puzzle Fighters, a Capcom offshoot from various games. It's a good, wholesome, non-violent game. Good fun.

I played heaps of puzzle fighter a while ago. Was pretty good but it feels like you don't get your money's worth by playing it.

I remember i used to play heaps of Gauntlet legends. I think i spent $300 on it in a span of 1-2 months
